Ben Sims - Snapshot 99 (Anne Remixes)

ANNĒ reshapes Ben Sims' Snapshot '99 in three versions for Hardgroove Originals, with Sims' original dub completing the record. Built from a riff created in 1999, the track connects a floating lead line with a more contemporary rhythmic foundation. ANNĒ takes that material into percussive, undulating and deeper chord-driven territory, offering distinct approaches to the same central idea. Sims' dub strips the arrangement back and makes its first appearance on vinyl here. Together, the four versions extend the track's rhythmic and melodic possibilities across a release from Hardgroove's vinyl-focused offshoot.
