About this release
Blood On The Tracks centres Bob Dylan's singing and songwriting across ten recordings first released in 1975. Tangled Up In Blue opens a sequence that moves through Simple Twist Of Fate and Idiot Wind before the second side takes in the long narrative of Lily, Rosemary And The Jack Of Hearts. Acoustic instruments and band arrangements give the songs different settings, with Shelter From The Storm and Buckets Of Rain bringing the album towards a quieter close. This 180g LP reissue presents the original programme, keeping the full running order intact without additional session material or alternate takes.
