About this release
Chuwee joins Sasta, Seb Hall and Gaspar Muniz for Wizards on Waverly, the third release on Risk/Reward. Opening track 4TJADEN combines electro house drums, an analogue bass lead and synth-pop strings before bringing in chords and acid. Let's Talk About Sex pairs Chuwee with Gaspar Muniz and Seb Hall for a cut rooted in West Coast electro-funk. On the reverse, Chuwee, Sasta and Seb Hall slow the pace with Slippy Jim's, setting dub stabs and spoken vocals over a relaxed bass groove. Grant Dell's remix rounds out the record with heavier low end, detailed percussion and further acid textures.
