Collettivo Immaginario - Aperture: The Remixes

Aperture: The Remixes brings Collettivo Immaginario’s jazz-inflected composition into a house setting through versions by Nico Lahs and New Digital Fidelity. Lahs extends the material with layered drums and a deeper bass foundation, keeping the original’s melodic and soulful character within a more driving arrangement. New Digital Fidelity’s Spiritual Mix takes a more hypnotic route, using groove and rhythmic repetition to frame the track’s jazz elements. The original recording closes the release, offering a direct point of comparison with both remixes. Together, the three versions connect the group’s instrumental sound with two distinct approaches to deep house production.
