Curbside Lambsear's debut EP brings together Magdalena McLean and Annabelle Mödlinger, who met while performing in The Umlauts. McLean also plays in caroline, and there is a similar curiosity here about what happens when carefully worked ideas meet the unexpected. Put Rings On All My Fingers To Weigh Down My Hands makes space for rough textures, soft melodies and sounds discovered along the way.

Released by Scenic Route Records, the five-track 12-inch includes “No Ordinary Word” and “Man The Door”, alongside “Jjochstubn”, “Avril” and “Uneasy”. The duo describe a process of trying things out together and following what felt right. That sense of shared exploration is the thread running through this first collection.
