About this release
Damian Lazarus and Kenny Glasgow reconnect on Crosstown Rebels for ‘Where Do We Go?’, building on a shared history stretching back to Art Department. Glasgow’s distinctive vocal anchors a restless arrangement of guitar figures, acid accents and shifting electronics, bringing an indie-dance edge to the pair’s late-night house sound.
Jonathan Kaspar takes over the reverse with two interpretations. His remix draws out the original’s darker atmosphere through spacious, dubbed textures and restrained melodic tension; the Dub Remix lets the groove and mood lead the closing side.
