About this release
Dimitri From Brooklyn Edits brings three reworks to Razor-N-Tape, connecting disco, boogie and electronic pop through arrangements shaped for the dancefloor. Into The Grove fills the first side, drawing on the production associated with Shep Pettibone's work. The reverse opens with Show You My Robe, a mid-tempo boogie cut, before Opposite A Track completes the programme. The three selections offer different rhythmic moods while keeping the focus on the edit format. Presented on 12-inch vinyl, RNT004 pairs a full A-side track with two B-side selections, making the record's running order clear for listening and DJ use.
