Andromeda connects the Duppy Gun vocal crew in Damhead, Jamaica, with Element of Japan's Riddim Chango. Four vocal tracks and three instrumental versions bring together dancehall, dub and UK bass influences across this joint twelve-inch release.

I Jahbar and Darkblood appear on Love My People and Puff It, while G Sudden's Walk Stagger Rum Song rides Element's Rum Song Riddim. King G contributes Chopping, and the instrumental versions give the productions space of their own. Co-released by Duppy Gun, Riddim Chango and Bokeh Versions, the EP extends the collective's international approach to contemporary dancehall.
