About this release
Real Rock reissues Earthquake Studio’s Revelation In Dub, the Northampton duo’s third album, originally released in 1994. All ten tracks are remastered for this edition, which restores the original artwork.
Inspired by sessions with the Aba Shanti-I sound system, the album brings together the spiritual message and uncompromising weight of UK electronic dub. Its dubwise rhythms and bass pressure document the close connection between Earthquake Studio’s productions and sound system culture.
