About this release
Body Music pairs three Ed Wizard & Disco Double Dee productions with Cody Currie's remix of Spirit Power. Currie's treatment opens the first side with Rhodes keys, skipping percussion and a reflective female vocal, followed by the sampled strings and slower rhythms of Slo Fusion. Summer Love takes the reverse towards a hazier disco groove, while Aruban Nights closes with a mid-tempo funk feel. The four-track EP moves between soulful house, Balearic textures and disco, using different tempos and arrangements across the two sides. Issued by Editorial as ED029, it presents two tracks on each side of the twelve-inch.
