About this release
Elements Of Life teams up with Lisa Fischer for ‘Soar’, a soulful house single written by Josh Milan and Louie Vega and produced by their 2SoulFusion partnership. Fischer’s expressive lead carries a message of resilience and encouragement over a richly arranged live-band foundation.
Christian McBride contributes upright bass, with Josh Milan on keyboards, Tony Cintron on drums, Luisito Quintero on percussion, Ivan Renta on soprano saxophone and Sherrod Barnes on guitar. The 12-inch pairs the Original Mix with the Ivan Solo Dub, offering two perspectives on the collaboration ahead of the next Elements Of Life album.
