Emapea - Zoning Out Volume 1

Polish producer Emapea brings a relaxed but rhythmically focused touch to Zoning Out Volume 1. Originally released in 2018, the twenty-track album draws on jazz, funk and boom bap, with short instrumental pieces arranged into a continuous listening experience. 'Check It Out' combines crisp drums, keys and saxophone touches, while 'Classy' turns a piano figure into a compact beat study.

The sequence leaves room for both reflective passages and firmer grooves, running from 'TL to LAX' to 'Above'. This Cold Busted Special Reissue Series edition is pressed on 180g transparent yellow vinyl and includes a square artwork insert.
