About this release
Flowered Up's 1991 debut brings guitars and dance rhythms together across ten songs, including Sunshine, Take It and It's On. This expanded London Records edition adds the band's later Weekender recording on the second LP, alongside Andrew Weatherall's Weatherall's Weekender (Audrey Is A Little Bit Partial Mix). The two longer pieces give the reissue a different scale, setting the album's concise tracks beside extended arrangements associated with the band's place in early-1990s UK club culture. Remastering was overseen by keyboard player Tim Dorney. The LMS1725047 edition presents the complete twelve-track programme on two 180g black vinyl records with printed inner sleeves.
