About this release
Fort Romeau arrives on Rekids with Lovin’ U, three tracks that balance deep house warmth with his ear for hypnotic detail. The title track sets bright, 8-bit melodies and an echoing vocal against a tight drum groove. No Limit follows with piano keys and a floating vocal sample, keeping the momentum easy and unforced.
Breathe closes the EP in its Trip Mix, easing the pace and letting dubby chords move around crisp percussion. Michael Greene's taste for spacious arrangements holds the record together, from the direct lift of the A-side to the more reflective finish. A three-track 12-inch on Rekids.
