About this release
Frank Virgilio returns to Wax Digits Music with Groovy After All EP, bringing together smoky soul, deep house and slow-motion disco. ‘Pretty Face’ opens with hushed chords and thoughtful keys, followed by the loose funk of ‘Doughnite’.
‘High Fly’ moves towards jazzier textures while keeping the drums deep. ‘Floating Alone’ closes with earthy percussion, frayed chords and sampled soul. The four-track EP is pressed on 180g vinyl.
