Freaky Chakra - Freaky Chakra

Freaky Chakra brings a fluid, dub-influenced approach to techno on this Crayon Records EP. “Discotechno” opens with elastic bass and rounded, aquatic synth details, before “Foreign Element” shifts towards a heavier groove and dub pressure. “Space Jam” moves into a more spacious arrangement, with melodic fragments drifting above a muted rhythm. “Backflash” closes with a more uneven, gritty feel, giving the record a darker final turn. The tracks share a focus on movement within the groove, allowing bass and synthesizer textures to change the atmosphere while the drums provide a steady point of connection.
