About this release
Older is George Michael’s 1996 album, written, arranged and produced by him as a reflection on loss, love and healing. Jesus To A Child opens with a gentle, spacious feel before Fastlove brings a more rhythmic shift. The title track and Spinning The Wheel continue the album’s restrained mood, with the arrangements leaving room for the voice and the details around it. The second record moves through To Be Forgiven, Move On and Star People before You Have Been Loved and Free bring the programme to a close. This Sony Music reissue presents the complete eleven-track album across two 180g vinyl LPs.
