Giorgio Lopez brings French boogie, disco and 80s-inspired grooves together on Sud Des Îles, an eight-track album for Cosmic Romance. Built around the imagined voyages of skipper Georges Taty, the Neapolitan keyboardist and producer pairs melodic arrangements with stories of escape, romance and late-night adventures.

Produced with Ed Longo, the record features musicians from Berlin and Naples alongside guest vocalists Stella, Amanda Roldan, Bernardino Femminielli and Master Phil. Voyager Sans Bouger and Toujours Distante capture its easy-going feel, with Lopez's keyboard playing running throughout.
