About this release
Demon Days expands Gorillaz's mix of hip-hop, electronic pop and rock across fifteen tracks. Released in 2005, the album pairs Damon Albarn's songwriting with production from Danger Mouse and a wide cast of guests. De La Soul appear on Feel Good Inc., Bootie Brown joins Dirty Harry, MF DOOM contributes to November Has Come, and Shaun Ryder features on DARE. The record moves from the uneasy opening songs towards Dennis Hopper's spoken narrative on Fire Coming Out Of The Monkey's Head and the closing sequence of Don't Get Lost In Heaven and Demon Days. This Parlophone double LP presents the complete album.
