About this release
HNNY's Light Shines Through returns to the electronic soundscapes that informed Johan Cederberg's early work. Released independently on his own label, the album follows Sunday with ten pieces made for quieter listening, combining ambient textures, melodic electronics and gentle rhythms. Cederberg connects the music to a changed perspective after becoming a father, giving the record a reflective thread alongside its musical continuity. Brief pieces such as Beginning and Lila sit beside I'll Come Your Way, The Smallest Things and the title track. The single LP closes with I Let Go and preserves the full ten-track sequence.
