About this release
JKriv brings his Bedits series to vinyl with four selections drawn from earlier digital releases and previously unheard material. Breaks Them Free and Say Wut take the first side, while It's Freeky and More 2 Life complete the reverse, all presented as JKriv Bedits. The collection moves between 1990s dance influences, low-slung R&B, loop-based disco and house rhythms. A producer, DJ and co-founder of Razor-N-Tape, JKriv keeps the emphasis on rearranging familiar musical elements into practical club versions. This vinyl volume gathers a different programme from the similarly titled digital Bedits Vol. 1.
