About this release
Junktion's Hot & Bothered EP brings four tracks of dusty, organic house to Razor-N-Tape Reserve. The Netherlands producer moves from the easy summer feel of the title track into the sample-led I'm Wishin', then turns towards the disco chug of Fling Cleaning. Visions Of You closes the record with a slower-burning groove. Across the EP, the emphasis falls on warm textures and unhurried movement rather than abrupt changes of pace. Its four-track sequence gives each piece space while keeping a consistent feel from beginning to end. This RNTR005 edition is pressed on transparent green 12-inch vinyl.
