About this release
London duo Kassian return to !K7 Records with Gradients, a four-track EP built through hands-on sessions with studio hardware. Warren Cummings and Joe Danvers pair weighty drums and bass with vocal fragments and some of their brightest melodic writing.
Blush opens with a quick house groove and looping melodic riffs, followed by the spring-loaded bass of Ritmo. Inner Dance brings a cavernous rhythm to the B-side, while Sweat closes with a firm low end and whispered vocal. Pressed on 12-inch eco vinyl.
