About this release
Khruangbin’s live series pairs the band with musicians who joined them on tour, preserving performances from individual venues across the run. This Radio City Music Hall edition shares one LP between Nubya Garcia and the Texas trio. Garcia’s Source, The Message Continues and La Cumbia Me Está Llamando occupy the first side. Khruangbin take the reverse with So We Won’t Forget, The Infamous Bill, Pelota and Time (You & I). The split programme gives both acts space in the record’s sequence, connecting Garcia’s jazz-led ensemble work with Khruangbin’s guitar, bass and drum sound in a live New York setting.
