About this release
Late Nite Tuff Guy returns to his Soul Cut series with two edits drawn from soul recordings. Goin’ On takes Marvin Gaye’s What’s Going On as its source, while Don’t Look reworks Dennis Edwards and Siedah Garrett’s Don’t Look Any Further. Each edit receives a full side of this twelve-inch, keeping the two selections separate rather than assembling them into a continuous mix. The third volume places Late Nite Tuff Guy’s approach to extending and reshaping familiar songs within the series’ soul-focused remit.
