About this release
Mattias El Mansouri develops his atmospheric house and techno sound across three pieces with personal connections. Sense Data takes its title from the immediate qualities of perception before interpretation, an idea linked to his background in theoretical philosophy. On the second side, Cielo Vacío—meaning “empty sky”—serves as a tribute to his late brother, holding grief alongside a fragile sense of peace. The Ouzo Hallon Dub returns to the title composition with a more informal reference to a shared drink among friends. The EP connects these different associations through deep electronic arrangements built with the dancefloor in mind.
