About this release
Maude Vôs explores the relationship between music and celestial ideas on Astral Intervals, their third EP for Delusional Records. Following 5th Generation Angel, the work uses planetary motion and theories of harmony as starting points for rhythm, scales and tempo. Hypnotic progressions, breakbeats and atmospheric synthesis connect the original pieces, with a Prieste5s remix of ‘Theta Fugue’ extending the set. Danny Goliger mixed the music and Bob Macc mastered it, while Ash Farrand provides the artwork. The record moves between abstract sound design and club structures, reflecting Vôs’ interest in both experimental textures and rhythmic movement.
