About this release
Michael Gray joins vocalist Tatiana Owens for Invincible / You Got To Remember on his Sultra label. The producer, also known as one half of Full Intention, builds the two songs around piano-led house arrangements and Owens' singing. Invincible takes the first side, while You Got To Remember opens the reverse before a Dub version closes the record. The three-track twelve-inch pairs the two vocal productions with an alternative treatment of the second song, letting the collaboration's melodic and rhythmic detail take different forms. Its combination of piano, vocals and house rhythm connects with Gray's disco-influenced production style.
