About this release
Chorus is Mildlife's third studio album, bringing the Melbourne quartet's jazz-funk and psychedelic approach into seven connected tracks. Bass, guitar, keyboards, vocals and percussion work as an ensemble, with all four members contributing vocal expression across the record. Forever opens the LP before Yourself, Sunrise and Musica complete the first side. The title track, Future Life and Return To Centaurus take the reverse. Released by Heavenly in 2024, the album draws on seventies cosmic sounds, Polish jazz and Italo disco while retaining the band's own rhythmic language. This LP presents the complete seven-track album programme.
