About this release
Mo’funk’s Da Slam Jam EP brings four funk-led club tracks to Only Cuts Records. “Takin’ It Back” and “LLLove” occupy side A, with “Nobody Like You” and “Keep On” on the reverse. The record connects house rhythms with R&B and disco grooves, keeping the arrangements focused on material that can be blended in a DJ set. Across the four cuts, Mo’funk keeps the emphasis on rhythm, samples and dancefloor movement.
