About this release
Divine Situation brings Greg Belson and Paulo Fulci together for two gospel-soul edits on Moton Records Inc. Belson’s work with The Divine Chord Gospel Show and Fulci’s experience in the Situation edit crew meet in Born Again and Soul Revival, each occupying a side of the 12-inch. The collaboration grew from their meeting at Glastonbury’s NYC Downlow stage, with Born Again developed and played during Belson’s 2017 tour. This MTN41Y repress presents both edits on yellow vinyl, carrying their shared interest in gospel recordings into a disco setting.
