About this release
Pad Anthony's Rebel brings his voice to a digital reggae production by Hitman & Fiza. This Shaolin and Kettle seven-inch presents fresh mixes prepared for the release, pairing the vocal with “Rebel Version” on the reverse. The emphasis is on a firm, soundsystem-ready rhythm, leaving the singer room to lead before the version opens up the instrumental detail. The two-cut format keeps the focus on the connection between voice and rhythm, with the producers credited for the B-side.
Format: 7-inch vinyl
