About this release
Pascal Benjamin and Makz share the fortieth Constant Black release, bringing six tracks to Burnski’s label. Benjamin takes the A-side with ‘Acoustics FM’, ‘Take Your Time’ and ‘Dub Poort’, combining crisp percussion with deep bass and floating synth details.
Makz follows with ‘Mind Yo Bizznezz’, ‘Cacophony’ and ‘Proper’. The split 12-inch moves between spacious minimal grooves and the loose swagger of West Coast-influenced tech house.
