About this release
I Hear You is Peggy Gou’s debut album for XL Recordings, bringing ten tracks together around her approach to 1990s house music. The record includes (It Goes Like) Nanana and I Go, alongside I Believe In Love Again with Lenny Kravitz and All That with Villano Antillano. Your Art opens the album before Back To One leads into the guest collaborations; Lobster Telephone begins the second side, followed by Seoulsi Peggygou, Purple Horizon and the closing 1+1=11. Gou balances club rhythms with pop songwriting across the sequence, extending the musical world of her singles into a full album. This is the standard black-vinyl edition.
