About this release
Piers Kirwan's Kingdom, featuring Dalena, receives a set of new treatments from Sean McCabe for Boogie Café. Taken from Kirwan's COLLABS project, the song's vocal anchors McCabe's main remix, which draws on his roots in US house. The Cosmos Dub changes the rhythmic emphasis, moving into syncopated broken beat while retaining the atmosphere of the original. On the reverse, Kirwan's original sits alongside a dub credited to Boogie Café and Sean McCabe. That vinyl-exclusive version completes a four-track physical edition, bringing the original recording and the two producers' different approaches together on one 12-inch.
