About this release
Risk Assessment brings four tracks to the seventh Stereo:type EP, connecting disco-derived arrangements with house rhythms. Get Up opens with orchestral and vocal textures set over a substantial club groove, before Circus increases the emphasis on percussion. Kathy Brown’s vocals lead I Had Enuff, with bright piano giving the track a classic house feel. Man Like Mike Delgado closes the record with layered disco elements and sweeping filter movement. Across the two sides, Glyne Braithwaite shifts the balance between melody, voice and rhythm while maintaining the sample-focused production and dancefloor momentum of his Stereo:type releases.
