About this release
Keep Me On The Dancefloor Jamz grew from the collaborative studio sessions behind Riva Starr’s album Keep Me On The Dancefloor. This four-track companion brings those spontaneous jams into a house setting, with Close Counters joining Jinga Pt.1 and Novalight, and Dario Bassolino appearing on Jinga Pt.2 (Se Parea). All three receive extended mixes on the vinyl, alongside Riva Starr’s Vai Vai in its Dub Mix. The music’s jazz and Latin influences reflect the musicians involved, keeping the focus on the interplay that developed in the room. Snatch Raw presents the complete four-track sequence on a 12-inch, with two cuts per side.
