About this release
Rosa Brunello’s bass-led compositions are recast across five remixes drawn from Sounds Like Freedom and Senseless Acts Of Love. Eva Geist opens with a synthesizer-focused Furgonauta, before Khalab places the brass and jazz textures of Found You In A Maze within a percussion-led setting. Bopperson brings Chance Upon A Chance into a four-to-the-floor groove, keeping Brunello’s bass prominent among flute and synthesizer parts. Paolo Baldini takes Razzle-Dazzle towards dub, while DJ Stepmom reshapes Desert Moon Stomp for the club. The EP links the original recordings’ improvisational character with a range of electronic and dancefloor approaches.
