About this release
Whistles out: Shan returns to Running Back. With his fourth EP for the imprint to date, he delivers his typical dance-floor-proof, peak-time ready and subtle rave signaling house sound. Informed and inspired by the playfulness of the smiley culture days, English Summer and Gerd Janson’s Boiler Room premiered favorite „Who Run Tings“, mark the „Raydon Airfield Side“, while Take Me To The Top and the Club Mix of Awakenings (the original appeared as a contribution to Rush Hour’s Musik for Autobahns series) take over the warehouse business. Simple, yet smart, effective and euphoric, this is music for DJs and strobe light honeys alike.
