About this release
Sven Wegner and Reiner Von Vielen combine live instrumentation with analogue textures on their Blur Records debut. Love 4 Real centres on smooth keyboard lines and rolling bass, with DJ Popinjay’s remix bringing a more pronounced house bounce to the title track. Let’s Do It works with a funk-driven, repeating groove, while Got Too Believe pairs soulful vocals with drum-machine rhythms and warm synthesizers. Reboot Me closes with a more atmospheric mood. The EP links these approaches through its balance of electronic production and instrumental character, moving between vocal warmth, restrained melodic detail and direct dancefloor rhythm.
