About this release
Ramble In The Rainbow introduces Tokyo quartet TAMTAM’s blend of jazz, soul, psychedelic pop and electronic textures across five tracks. The group began in reggae and dub before developing a broader musical language, keeping groove and melody central to its arrangements. Doors and Go Down The Mountain form the first side, with the title track, Nue and Distant Look on the reverse. Released through Washington, D.C. label Peoples Potential Unlimited, the EP was TAMTAM’s first international release in 2024. This coloured-vinyl edition brings the complete five-track programme together on a single 12-inch.
