About this release
The Nelson Family's Filled With His Spirit brings eight gospel recordings together in an album originally released in 1986. The title song opens the first side, followed by He'll Work It Out, Thank You Lord and Have Your Way. Come On Everybody begins the reverse, with Everlasting Love, Praise The Lord and The Difference completing the programme. Its soulful approach connects devotional songs with the rhythmic feel of 1980s gospel. Rain & Shine's official vinyl reissue presents the full album, placing the better-known Thank You Lord alongside the rest of the family's recordings.
Format: 12" vinyl LP
Label: Rain & Shine
