About this release
The Vros connects traditional instruments and synthesizers across four tracks on Elements. The Chilean sibling trio moves through house rhythms and more spacious electronic arrangements, using earth, wind, fire and water as the release’s organising themes. “Release Your Mind” opens with a deep, gradually developing groove, followed by the marimba melody and elastic bass of “Space Marimba”. On the reverse, the instrumental “Don’t Be Afraid” moves towards Balearic house, while “Fusion” adds sustained chords and an electric-piano-led arrangement. Released by Lisbon’s Oasis Records, the twelve-inch presents the four pieces across two sides.
