About this release
The Sound Of Sub-Urban Volume 4 brings together recordings from the label’s garage house catalogue. Tommy Musto appears through his Tribute and Unifunkation projects, with Alexander East featuring on Feel Me. Kenny Dope presents James Rouse’s Dance in the K-Dope Main Mix, while Matthias Heilbronn and Mike Delgado close the selection as Lift. Their Music Takes Me Higher appears in The Mike & Matty Show version. The programme connects soulful vocals and deep house grooves through four productions associated with Sub-Urban’s New York sound, bringing the different artist aliases and mixes together on one twelve-inch.
