About this release
Missy x Badoo brings three uknowho productions together on a white-label twelve-inch. A Missy Thing uses an MPC-based arrangement, pairing a rap vocal with a bouncing bassline and deep chords. A Missy Dub follows on the same side, offering another version of that material. The reverse is devoted to A Badoo Thing, which draws on the sound of early-2000s West Coast deep house and neo-soul vocals. The release keeps the focus on sample-led house grooves, with two related A-side cuts and a separate B-side selection.
