About this release
The Wind brings Urban Heads’ 1998 house recording back through Moonworks. Produced by Federico Scavo, the track appears in two versions, each built around a vocoder figure and prominent bassline. The Cosmic Version leans towards disco, while the Space Mix Version takes the song into a different club setting on the reverse. Working with the original artists, Moonworks restored and remastered the recordings from the original DAT tapes for this reissue. Updated artwork completes the release, which places both mixes together on a two-track 12-inch and revisits an early chapter in Scavo’s production work.
