Byron The Aquarius / Demuir - Purveyor Underground Limited All Stars Vol 1

Purveyor Underground Limited’s All Stars Vol 1 draws together contrasting shades of deep house around Demuir’s label. Byron The Aquarius opens with a hazy, rolling atmosphere, followed by Fred P’s combination of jazzy bass, steady beats and subtly psychedelic layers. Demuir adds a more insistent, sample-rich groove on the reverse, while M Squared brings elongated electric-piano chords and vocal fragments into the sequence. The closing contribution continues the jazz-house thread, keeping the selection connected through swing and musical detail. Across its different producers, the record moves between warm, reflective textures and more direct club rhythms without losing its shared sense of flow.
