About this release
Wolf Alice's The Clearing brings the band's songwriting from Seven Sisters to Los Angeles, where they recorded with producer Greg Kurstin. Released in 2025, the album combines their indie-rock character with a broader pop sensibility, giving its eleven songs room for both direct hooks and shifts in mood. “Thorns” opens the record before “Bloom Baby Bloom” and “Just Two Girls”, while “White Horses” and “The Sofa” form the closing stretch. The performances carry a sense of ambition without losing the emotional focus of the songs. This edition presents the complete album on black vinyl.
