About this release
Morning Shift is Wrekin Havoc’s fourth label release, bringing together four reworks drawn from different corners of dance music. The selection moves between driving disco, deconstructed American new wave, German 1980s material and slower Austrian Europop. Vocal and guitar details emerge within arrangements reshaped around rhythm, keeping the focus on how each source can work in a DJ set. “Miles Further” and “Method Man” occupy side A, while “I Tell Thee Right” and “Doing A Stretch” complete the reverse. This WH004 12-inch presents the full four-track EP.
