About this release
Outernational Dance places Auntie Flo’s interest in musical exchange and the natural world within a five-track release for Multi Culti. Written and produced by Brian D’Souza, the EP takes inspiration from Esperanto and the idea of music as a shared language. “Esperanto” and “Unua Libro” occupy the first side, while “El Heine”, “Ho Mia Kor” and “Mia Penso” move through the reverse. Electronic rhythms and expansive textures connect its club-facing passages with a more reflective atmosphere, continuing D’Souza’s exploration of the space between dance music and nature. This edition is pressed on 140g black vinyl.
